Step 1

The employee's statement and the agreement to the contract are the basis for the issuance of the order. The administrative document must contain the name of the organization, the city of its location. Number and date the order. Its topic will correspond to the transfer to a specific position. In the substantive part, enter the conditions specified in the agreement. Verify the order with the signature of the head, the seal of the enterprise. Review the document of the translator.

In the employee's personal card, mark the transfer in its second section. Make an entry in the work book. Put in the number, date. In the job details, indicate the employee's previous and new position. Enter the date and number of the transfer order in the grounds.
