The transfer of an employee to a similar position from one organization to another can be carried out at the request of the employee himself or by agreement between enterprises. In this situation, the employee leaves the previous place of work and goes through the employment procedure in another organization.

Instructions
Step 1
First of all, the employee needs to write a letter of resignation and indicate the transfer to another company as its reason. The document is certified by the employee's signature and sent to the head for signature. After that, the head of another organization, to which the employee will be transferred, draws up a letter to the management of the previous place of work, where he states his intention to accept the employee for the position.
Step 2
The management of the organization at the employee's previous place of work draws up an order for his dismissal in the form of T-8. In the administrative part of the document, you must indicate the position held, the full name of the employee to be dismissed and the date of termination of the employment contract. Place the company seal on the document and certify with signatures of both parties.
Step 3
Put the sequential number and date of dismissal in the record in Arabic numerals. Indicate in the information about the work the fact of the employee's dismissal with his subsequent transfer to another employer in accordance with the first paragraph of the first part of Article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Provide the order of dismissal, indicating its number and date, as the basis for making the entry. Further, the record is certified by the seal of the enterprise and the signature of the person responsible for maintaining the books, with its decoding.
Step 4
After receiving the work book, the specialist needs to write a statement to the director of the company to which he is transferred. In turn, the manager must issue an order for hiring, signing and certifying it with a seal. Further, an employment contract is concluded with the employee on general terms and without establishing a probationary period. In the information about the work in the work book, indicate the name of the enterprise, position and structural unit, which now includes the specialist. Make a note with the name of the person's previous job from where they were hired.
