Transfer to another job is a permanent or temporary change in the labor function of the employee and (or) the structural unit in which the employee works (if the structural unit was specified in the employment contract), while continuing to work with the same employer, as well as transfer to work to another area together with the employer.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to weigh the pros and cons of this decision, to assess whether the new position is suitable for you. After all, moving forward is always the path to something better. When transferring to a new position, you need to find out whether the new position corresponds to your educational level, your skills, it is also worth finding out how much the performed labor functions will change, the salary will increase or decrease, where the workplace will be located, etc. After solving these organizational issues, you can make a decision about the transfer.
Step 2
Further, in writing addressed to the employer, state your desire to transfer to another position, or go to work for another employer. When moving to another employer, the employment contract at the previous place of work is terminated.
It does not require the consent of the employee to move him from the same employer to another workplace, to another structural unit located in the same area, entrusting him with work on another mechanism or unit, if this does not entail changes in the terms of the employment contract determined by the parties.
Step 3
After agreeing with the employer all the conditions of the transfer, the employee can be transferred to another position, which should be properly formalized by issuing an order for the appointment to a new position, making an entry in the work book, concluding an agreement on changing the terms of the employment contract.
It does not require the receipt of the employee's consent to move him from the same employer to another workplace, to another structural unit located in the same area, entrusting him with work on another mechanism or unit, if this does not entail changes in the terms of the employment contract determined by the parties.
