Most people prefer stability in life, work for many years at the same enterprise, acquire a certain prestige among employees, work experience. If you are transferred in one company from one structural unit to another, then the head of the personnel department of the enterprise for which you are applying, writes a petition to the name of the head of the company and sends it for approval. After the head of the company has imposed his resolution, the petition will be sent by personnel to your place of work.
Step 2
Only after that you go to the cadres at the place of work and write an application with a request for transfer, indicating the company of the new place of work.
Step 3
The manager of your company reviews the application and specifies the working time at his own discretion. According to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, he can appoint a time from 14 to 30 calendar days.
Step 4
If you find a job in another company, then a new position is possible only through dismissal. Everything is based on an oral agreement between you and the employer at the new place of work. Having written a letter of resignation at your old job, do not forget about compulsory work (2 weeks). During this time, you have the right to change your mind and withdraw your application from the HR department.
