Unlike the registration procedure at the place of residence of an adult citizen, the temporary registration of a baby is easier. The fact is that registration at the place of stay of a child under the age of 18 to his parents, temporarily residing in a dwelling, which belongs to other persons by right of ownership, occurs without the consent of the owners. This means that there is no need to submit documents that are the basis for the temporary residence of a citizen: a statement by the owner who provided the citizen with a place to live; lease agreement; certificate of registration of the right to a dwelling. In addition, when registering a temporary registration of a baby in the premises of housing cooperatives at the place of residence of his parents, the consent of the boards of these organizations is not required.
How is the temporary registration of a child carried out separately from his parents
The law allows the possibility of temporary registration of a child who has reached the age of 14 without his legal representatives. To do this, you must draw up a written consent of one of the child's parents; it is imperative to submit documents on the basis of which it is possible to move in and temporarily reside in the appropriate premises (social rental agreement, application of the citizen who provided the dwelling for use, certificate of housing registration).
