A resignation report is a document in which an employee expresses his desire to leave his position. Reports are submitted to state authorities (law enforcement agencies, various human rights departments), in civil organizations, the desire to quit their jobs is formalized with a simple statement.
Instructions
Step 1
The execution of a report is not regulated in Russian legislation, therefore, its writing is subject to the general rules for drawing up such kind of procedural documents. First, you must indicate the head of the body (structural unit) to whom he is addressed (fully indicate the position, surname and initials, rank or rank). According to the rules of office work, this part of the document is located in the upper right corner of the sheet.
Step 2
Then you should write in the middle of the line the word "Report" (that is, designate the type of document). Then state your request for dismissal. The approximate text of this document will look like this: "I ask you to release me from my position (indicate the full position) in connection with (indicate the reasons why you want to leave it)." Regardless of the reasons you specified, the work book will contain the wording: "Fired at his own request."
Step 3
Then indicate your position, surname and initials (position and surname should be located at the same level). Sign the report, put the date next to it. Submit it to your supervisor. He must put his resolution (make an inscription that he does not object to your dismissal and submits the report to the head of the personnel department for execution) on the document, and then issue an order for dismissal.
