Legal registration of a foreign worker is rare, especially in construction companies and trade. The procedure itself is rather complicated and unworked, and the financial costs are high. Instructions
Step 1
A foreigner temporarily residing in Russia. A potential employee is obliged to submit a document confirming a temporary residence permit. This document, according to the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated March 14, 2003, is issued for three years by the Federal Migration Service of Russia. This can be a separately issued document, or a mark in the passport of a foreign citizen. At the same time, the permit gives the right to work only in the region where they are allowed to reside.
Step 2
Foreigner permanently residing in Russia. The first document is a residence permit. This document gives a foreign citizen the right to freely leave and enter the Russian Federation, the right to permanent residence. To obtain this document, you must have lived for at least one year on the basis of temporary residence. A residence permit is issued to a foreign citizen for five years.
Step 3
A foreigner temporarily staying in Russia. If a person arrived in Russia on the basis of a visa, he needs to obtain a migration card from the Federal Migration Service of Russia, this is the main document. It contains information about the citizen, the period of stay (for control) and gives the right to temporary residence.
Step 4
A number of foreign citizens, with whose countries an agreement on visa-free border crossing of the Russian Federation has been signed, a permit to attract foreign labor is not required.
Step 5
For foreign citizens with a visa regime, the following documents are required:
- conclusion on the advisability of using foreign workers (issued by the state employment service);
- permission to attract a foreign citizen (issued by the Federal Migration Service within 10 working days);
- work permit (issued by the Federal Migration Service in a limited number, within the established quota).
Step 6
Do not forget, in order to receive all documents from the employment service, the Federal Migration Service, you need to pay a lot of receipts (from 100 rubles and more), provide a lot of certificates (starting from the state of health of a citizen) and defend in more than one queue. Be sure to analyze the profitability of your plan.
