Step 4

Sign the list drawn up by the manager, put a stamp. Submit it to your insurance company. As a rule, medical policies for employees are issued within no more than five working days.

Step 5

Pick up employee policies on the appointed day. Each of them requires the signature of the head of the company and the seal, as well as the signature of the employee. When issuing a policy to employees, ask them to put their signatures on the second copy of the list.

Step 6

Issue a medical policy for a new employee as follows. Make an addendum to the list of employees in duplicate. Submit one copy to the insurance company. In this case, the policy can be made within 10-15 minutes, and you can get it “without leaving the checkout”. Sign the policy with the manager, put a seal and issue it to the employee, who must sign in the second copy of the supplement to the list of employees.

Step 7

If an employee of the company leaves, do not forget to demand from him a medical policy and return it to the insurance company, at the same time providing information about the dismissed employees in the form attached to the insurance contract.
