The driver is a hired employee. An employment contract is concluded with any hired employee, regulated by article 57 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Step 1

Draw up an employment contract in duplicate, one of which will remain with you, and the other you will give to the employee. In the header of the contract, indicate the full name of the organization, the full name of the general director or the person replacing him, the full name of the employee with whom you conclude the contract and his job title.

Step 2

Write down what the contract was drawn up about, general provisions under a serial number, starting from number 1. Indicate the number of the structural unit, position and the nature of the work, that is, it is the main job or part-time job.

Step 3

Enter the start date of your employment relationship. If you are entering into a fixed-term employment contract, be sure to record the date of their completion. A contract without a term is considered indefinite, so do not indicate its expiration date.

If you are setting a trial period, write down the date it ends. The beginning of the probationary period is the first day of the driver's work. Indicate the category of rights, the make of the car that the driver will drive and the full name of the immediate management responsible for the driver's staff.

In the main paragraph "Rights and obligations" write down all the subparagraphs of working conditions, the amount of salary. Pay special attention to the item "Employee responsibilities". Describe in detail the responsibility for the entrusted car, for road safety. Also, in a separate line, make the contractual conditions that the driver undertakes not to take alcohol and psychotropic drugs 24 hours before the trip, and also not to take alcohol while driving the entrusted vehicle.

Add one more, no less important sub-item about the parking lot, repairs, reports of emergencies to senior management within the first hour after the fact of the incident.

Sign the contract. Give one copy to the driver.
