Representatives of the parties must certify each agreement with their signatures and seals. If the contract is drawn up in two identical copies (and this is usually the case), both must be present on both. Signing and stamping in the right place is easy. The process can be complicated by the fact that the parties, even when they are in the same city, may not have time to meet.
Necessary
- - the required number of copies of contracts;

Instructions
Step 1
If a personal meeting is nevertheless possible and not undesirable, the parties, at their mutual discretion, can meet on the territory of one of them or on a neutral one and sign both copies of the agreement, each in its part.
But more often than not, there may simply not be time for a meeting. And if the parties are also located in different cities, or even countries, modern technology comes to the rescue.
Step 2
A simple and popular option: the parties print out a copy of the contract, each sign in its own part, and then scan it and send it to each other by e-mail or through a messenger program with the file transfer option.
From this moment, the contract can be considered signed, and cooperation begun.
Step 3
Then the originals must be exchanged. Depending on the urgency and financial capabilities, the parties can send each other each of their copies by mail, by courier or by a third-party courier company.
Upon receipt of a copy certified by a partner, each party to the transaction signs an agreement on their part.
