When registering enterprises, it is required to submit a charter in the form prescribed by the regulatory documents. By themselves, the rules for filing the charter are quite simple, but the process should be taken seriously.

Necessary

  • - threads;
  • - sealing sheet.

Instructions

Step 1

Fold all the sheets of the charter in the correct order. Recheck several times to make sure the sequence is correct. Number the pages. The title page of the charter is not numbered, but on the next page the numbering starts with two. That is, you take into account the title page, but do not put a number on it. Then all pages are stapled with threads along the left edge of the document.

Step 2

On the back of the charter, glue the sealing sheet directly onto the threads. The sheet should be written: "Stitched and numbered such and such a number of sheets." The same sheet must be signed by the director of the enterprise. Under the signature, you must indicate his last name, first name and patronymic. There is no date. If changes have been made to the charter, it is additionally necessary to affix the seal of the organization. Additionally, the signatures of all founders are not required.

Step 3

Provide a copy with the original charter. The copy is made out in the same way as the original: it is numbered, stapled, sealed. The difference is that the sealing slip affixed to the back of the copy should not be signed, stamped, or written of any kind. If the charter for some reason fit on one sheet on both sides, you should still draw up the title page separately and sew the papers together.

Step 4

Submit the charter together with an application and a receipt for payment of the state duty. The receipt must be attached to the application form, and the document indicating the amount of the state duty must be attached to the written application. Both those and other papers should not be attached to the charter itself.

Step 5

For a bank, you will need to order a duplicate of the charter from the tax office. This includes a copy (note - the copy is prepared independently according to the above rules) and the original, attached to them a sealed statement and receipt of payment.
