The charter refers to the constituent documents of the enterprise and establishes the rules and procedures for conducting business in any area or area. A copy of it can be requested by various organizations and institutions for various purposes, for example, a bank to open a current account or to issue a loan, business partners - to conclude agreements. There are several ways to certify a copy of the charter. Certification requirements will be determined based on where the copy is to be submitted.
Instructions
Step 1
The charter is registered with the territorial tax authority when the enterprise is founded, therefore, the tax office will be the first place where you can get a certified copy of the charter. To do this, you must submit an application with a request to provide a copy of the charter and a receipt for payment of the state fee. If you choose the usual procedure, a copy will be available in five working days, with the accelerated procedure - the next day, but the amount of the state fee will double.
Step 2
A copy of the charter can be certified by a notary. The notary will need a copy of the charter prepared by you, the original and your passport for certification. It is not necessary to fasten the pages with a stapler; the notary's office staff will be stitching the charter. This service is paid; a receipt is issued to confirm the payment by a notary.
Step 3
In cases where it is not required to notarize a document, you can certify a copy of the charter yourself. There are two ways. First, a copy of the charter is stitched with a thread, a small sheet is glued to the place of the firmware. The “ponytails” of the stitching thread should not be too short, they should stick out from under the glued sheet. On the glued sheet, it is necessary to indicate the number of stitched and numbered sheets, affix the seal of the enterprise, certify with the signature of the manager, decipher the signature. The print should be clear and fit on the glued sheet and on the thread. Also in this case, the seal and signature are placed on the title page. In fact, it turns out that it is necessary to certify copies of those sheets containing stamps and marks.
Step 4
The second way of assurance is more tedious. It involves the certification of each page of a copy of the charter. That is, on each page it is necessary to put the mark "copy is correct", the seal of the enterprise and the signature of the manager (the signature must be decrypted). To mark “copy is correct”, you can use a special stamp or make an inscription by hand.
