The legal documents include a state act issued before 2001 on the ownership of a land plot or a Certificate of ownership of a land plot issued after 2001. These documents confirm that your ownership is registered in the Unified State Register of Rights to Real Estate and Transactions with It (USRR). They indicate the cadastral number of the site and its intended purpose, as well as the date of registration - entry into the Unified State Register.
