Step 1
Find out where the military registration and enlistment office is located, to which you are assigned and where you are registered. Usually this is the military enlistment office where you passed the last medical commission, in the event that you did not change your place of residence. If you study at a higher educational institution and are registered in a hostel, it means that you are registered at the local military registration and enlistment office. You can find out its address in the dean's office. Also, the necessary information can be gleaned from the certificate of registration, which is available from those who have not yet completed military service.
Step 2
Specify the mode of operation of the military registration and enlistment office. This can be done by phone, which is usually located in the directory of organizations in your city. Choose the right time to visit the military registration and enlistment office. If your deferral has already expired, then you better not appear there during the period of the call.
Step 3
Take your identification document with you. If you have a military ID on your hands, you will also need it. After presenting the documents, order a certificate in the form No. 32. It should state that at the present time a particular man is not subject to conscription. Pay the certificate issuance fee, if required.
Step 4
In the event that they refused to provide you with a certificate due to the lack of the right to a deferral, try to explain to the recruiting office staff that they are right in this matter. According to the law and internal regulations, only the man in respect of whom the draft commission has already decided to send him to the troops is subject to conscription.
