The Labor Code of the Russian Federation provides for and regulates the possibility of making changes to the staffing table. If they are global in nature, then it is more convenient to develop a new staffing table. In the event that the case concerns single adjustments, for example, the need to introduce a new position, then the head of the organization or other authorized person has the right to do this on the basis of an order.

Instructions

Step 1

Determine how changes will be made to the staffing table: by order to introduce a new position or by approving a new staffing table. This decision must be agreed with the management of the organization.

Step 2

According to the article of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the name of the position being introduced must strictly correspond to the qualification reference books in force on the territory of the state, which are approved in the manner prescribed by law. Write down the name of the profession in accordance with the list that is listed in the unified tariff and qualification reference book, approved by Decree No. 787 of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 31, 2002.

Step 3

There is no unified form of the order on making changes to the staffing table, therefore the head of the personnel department or the head of the enterprise has the right to develop it independently. Its design must comply with the requirements established in GOST R 6.30-2003 for business documentation.

Step 4

When drawing up an order, be sure to indicate in its title that changes in the staffing table are being made in connection with the introduction of a new position. In the header of the document, write the full name of your company, the number and date of the order. Do not forget in the last paragraph of the main text of this document to indicate the official who is entrusted with control over the implementation of this order.

Step 5

Sign the order by the head of the organization or an official authorized to do so. Approval signatures can be put by the chief accountant and the head of the personnel department.
