Step 1

Determine the structural unit that will develop the staffing table. Legislation does not allow to unambiguously indicate who exactly should draw up this document. Usually, management takes into account the size of the organization and the functional responsibilities of the structural units. In the absence of a personnel department, a personnel service or a labor organization department at the enterprise, the preparation of the staffing table is entrusted to the accounting department or one of the heads of the enterprise.

Step 2

If necessary, involve personnel service specialists and economists in the formation of the staffing table.

Step 3

Determine the organizational structure of the enterprise, in which you schematically display all departments and services, indicating the chain of command. It is recommended to reflect in the structural diagram vertical and horizontal links between departments.

Step 4

Define the names of the structural divisions. The names of structural divisions are indicated by groups in order of their importance management (administration, accounting, personnel department), production divisions, support services. In the absence of production services (for example, in trade enterprises), sales departments and commercial departments can be distinguished, closely related to logistics departments.

Step 5

Fill in the unified form T-3 ("Staffing table"), approved by the decree of the State Statistics Committee of the Russian Federation. In order to avoid questions and controversial situations, fix the rules for filling in the details in the company's normative act governing document flow. Please note that you can enter additional details in the form, leaving the details approved by Goskomstat unchanged.

Step 6

Be sure to enter the date of the staffing table in the special box, since the schedule can begin immediately after it is drawn up.

Step 7

Approve the compiled staffing table by a special order for the organization (enterprise).
