At each enterprise, the personnel department draws up the staffing table for this organization. This document can be in a unified form, approved by the decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 1 dated 2004-05-01. The completed form is certified by an order approving the staffing table.

Instructions

Step 1

In the header of the document, indicate the full name of the enterprise in accordance with the constituent documents or the last name, first name, patronymic of an individual in accordance with an identity document, if the legal form of the company is an individual entrepreneur. Enter the company code in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Enterprises and Organizations.

Step 2

Write down the actual date of the staffing. Give the document a number. Before filling out the tabular part of the staffing table, draw up the structure of the enterprise, in which indicate the names of the structural divisions and the names of the positions that are included in each of them. When the structure is ready, start adding positions and structural units to the document. You should start with the administrative department, accounting, then enter the production department, and last of all the service personnel.

Step 3

In the first column, indicate the name of the structural unit, in the third, write the names of the positions that are included in this structural unit. The second column is intended for setting the code of the structural unit. The fourth column assumes the number of staff positions, that is, the number of employees working in each of the positions.

Step 4

In the fifth column, write in the amount of the salary established for the specific position; in the sixth, seventh, eighth, indicate the percentage for overlapping, overworked time, certain working conditions (harmfulness, pollution, etc.). In the ninth column, indicate the total amount of money, which is the remuneration for the performance of the labor function for each position.

Step 5

Draw up an order approving the staffing table, assign a number and date to the document. Certify the order with the seal of the organization, the signature of the head of the company.

Step 6

Enter the number and date of the corresponding order in the completed staffing sheet. Indicate the period for which the staffing table was approved and the date it comes into effect in accordance with the date specified in the order.
