Step 1

Step 2

Based on the note, the director of the organization issues an order on making changes to the staffing table, in the header of which he writes the full or abbreviated name of the company in accordance with the constituent documents, the number and date of the document. Its content contains a link to an order to optimize the organizational structure of the enterprise, after which organizational and staff measures were carried out and the names of certain positions and structural divisions were changed. The manager signs the document, certifies it with the seal of the company, instructing the head of the personnel department to notify the employees.

In the compiled staffing table, the personnel worker, in accordance with the order on making changes to the staffing table, enters the necessary changes in the names of positions and structural divisions. For convenience, the HR officer can narrow or expand the size of rows and columns, but it is prohibited by law to remove individual elements from the existing schedule. The document number, date of compilation and code cannot be changed.

In the personal cards of employees whose job titles have changed, the necessary entries are made in accordance with the approved staffing table.
