Step 1

To receive a one-time allowance for the birth of a child, at the place of work of one of the child's parents, an application for the purpose of the allowance is entered. The application is written in the name of the director of the enterprise, a certificate of the birth of the child and a certificate from the place of work of the other spouse are attached to it, indicating that this allowance was not paid to him and was not assigned.

Step 2

If the second parent does not work, a certificate is provided from the District Department of Social Protection of the Population (hereinafter RUSZN) stating that he did not receive this benefit. Single mothers must also submit a certificate from the registry office on the basis for entering information about the child's father in the birth certificate.

Step 3

If both parents do not work, an application for a one-time allowance is submitted to the RUSZN at the place of registration of one of the parents. Together with the application, a child's birth certificate and work books, a document confirming their identity (passport), a child's birth certificate in form No. 24, a certificate stating that the other parent did not receive benefits for a newborn are provided.

Step 4

If the parents have no work experience, their certificates or diplomas are provided. If the parents are still studying, they are required to provide the educational institution with a certificate from the dean's office confirming their status as a full-time student and a certificate from the other parent's place of study stating that no allowance was assigned or paid to him.

Step 5

10 days after the submission of all the necessary documents, you are required to pay benefits. It is paid if you applied for it no later than six months after the birth of the child.

Step 6

The allowance is also awarded for adopted children, if the term of their birth has not exceeded 6 months. The employer can also provide financial assistance to the employee. In this case, the employee has the right, together with the application for a lump sum for the birth of a child, to apply for a one-time financial assistance.
