Labor legislation allows the transfer of an employee from one employer to another, even if their activities have different specifics. In order to hire such an employee, it is necessary to obtain consent from the head of the company. After the specialist goes through the dismissal procedure, it is necessary to accept him in accordance with article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Step 1
If you have a suitable vacancy and you want a specialist of the required qualifications from another company to fill it, write a letter of inquiry addressed to the director of the organization where this employee is currently employed. Indicate in the document that you want to take on a certain position, structural unit (write down their names in accordance with the staffing table) of this employee (write his last name, first name, patronymic). If necessary, ask for its characteristics. Certify the letter with the seal of the company, the signature of the first person of your company. After you receive a response letter with a positive decision, wait for a while until the specialist leaves his previous job in the order of transfer.
Step 2
After going through the dismissal procedure, the employee must write a statement. In its content, he should express his request to hire him by transferring from another organization. On the application, he must sign and date of writing. After review, the director must affix a resolution with the date and signature.
Step 3
Enter into an employment contract with the accepted employee. Write down the rights and obligations of the parties in the document. This employee must be accepted on a general basis, that is, without establishing a probationary period for him, which is enshrined in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. On the part of the employee, the accepted specialist must sign the contract in the order of transfer, on the part of the employer - the director of the enterprise. Certify the document with the seal of the organization.

Draw up an order based on the application and the employment contract. In the administrative part, indicate the name of the position, structural unit, where this employee is admitted. Enter the size of the salary that is set for him at this place of work. Write the last name, first name, patronymic of the employee in accordance with the submitted documents.
Step 5
In the work book of a specialist, put the serial number of the entry, the date of admission to the position in Arabic numerals. In the information about the work, indicate the full and abbreviated name of the company in accordance with the charter or other constituent document. Enter the position, structural unit, where the employee is hired. Make a link to article 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Indicate the name of the company from which the employee quit. In the grounds, write the number and date of the job order in the order of transfer.
