Step 1

The registration procedure depends on who initiates the transfer: the employee himself or his future employer. In the first case, the potential new employer sends the current letter of request to transfer the employee to him indicating the name of the department where he will work, position, date of acceptance to work. If the current employer does not mind, he must coordinate the issue with the employee. And he, if he does not mind, write a letter of resignation in connection with the transfer to another job and attach a letter of request to it.

Step 2

If the initiator of the transfer is the employee himself, he writes a statement with a request to transfer to a new location indicating the department, position and date of commencement of work at the new location. And only in the presence of this document and his own visa on it, the employer has the right to send the same letter of inquiry to the place of the new application of the efforts of his employee. The future employer, having received this document, must send his written consent in response. When it is received, you can proceed to dismissal according to the standard procedure: an order and an entry in the work book.

Step 3

The record of dismissal in the work book depends on who is the initiator of the transfer. If the employee, a note is made: “The employment contract was terminated in connection with the transfer to another job at the request of the employee.” In the case when the transfer was made on the initiative of the employer, instead of “at the request "Should be written" with consent."
