Instructions

Step 1

Trade union organizations, as a rule, exist in all state-owned companies, such "giants" as enterprises of the automotive industry, Russian Railways, etc. When hiring, they will certainly be offered to join a trade union. To become a union member, you will need to write an application for admission, as well as give written consent to withhold membership fees from wages. However, over time, your views on the activities of the union organization may change. Participation in it may cease to suit you and there will be a completely legitimate desire to leave the trade union.

Step 2

To implement this decision, contact your union organization with a statement. It should be addressed to the chairman of the trade union committee. Indicate your name, surname, patronymic, position and place of work. In the application, write about your desire to leave the trade union organization. Date and personally sign. Give the statement to the chairman. In addition, submit an application to the company's accounting department with a request to stop transferring membership fees

Step 3

The term for consideration of the submitted application is 1 month. If, for any reason, you need to resolve this issue earlier, please indicate in your application the exact release date and reason. It should be reviewed by the specified date. Since the trade union is a voluntary public organization, there can be no obstacles to leaving it (Article 30, Clause 2 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation). However, it must be remembered that in case of refusal to participate in it, you lose the protection of your interests by the trade union in the event of illegal actions on the part of the administration (imposing a disciplinary sanction, dismissal, deprivation of the bonus or reduction of its size).
