Having received an application from an employee, the management of the enterprise issues an order on the early exit of the employee from maternity leave. The document must indicate that the employee starts her duties on a specific date.

Step 3

A woman who went to work ahead of schedule, if the child's age has not reached one and a half years, has the right to perform her job duties in accordance with the part-time schedule. In this case, the order for the employee to leave maternity leave ahead of schedule indicates that she will work part-time. Thus, the employee retains the right to receive child care benefits.

Step 4

The planned end of maternity leave must also be accompanied by writing an application. It indicates the release date: the first day after the end of the maternity leave according to the calendar. Then a corresponding order is issued. An employee, having gone to work, must be provided with a workplace, job duties that corresponded to the position held by her before going on maternity leave.

Step 5

If, during the absence of the employee, another employee performed her job duties, the head of the enterprise is obliged to provide the employee with another position. Refusal of the employee from the proposed position is accompanied by dismissal. This is formalized by an order, he is paid the money due upon dismissal.
