Trade unions do not exist in every organization. However, this is a very necessary department for employees. It is he who controls the observance of the labor code by the employer and helps the staff to resolve all controversial issues.

Step 1
Prepare an information stand to decorate the trade union corner. The most comfortable ones have a soft cover, to which announcements are attached with pins. Stands with A4 plastic pockets are a thing of the past. The information that needs to be released does not always fit on standard-sized paper.
Step 2
Give your stand a name. Place it in the center, closer to the top edge. You can use the standard ones: "Useful Information", "Trade Union News", "Information". Or come up with your own, reflecting the scope of the enterprise where you work.
Step 3
Divide the bulletin board into two halves. On one, place the answers to the most frequently asked questions. For example, related to downsizing, overtime pay, etc. Each company has its own. And the trade union leader must always be aware of internal corporate events. On the other half of the stand, post congratulations on the holidays, photos of the best employees, heroes of the day, etc. When you need to announce something very important, attach the heading "Urgent". Highlight it in red, in large letters.
Step 4
Make a "Suggestions and wishes" pocket on the stand. This will create feedback from your employees. Even if the letters are anonymous, they can provide information that will not be shared in meetings.
Step 5
Place a table next to the information stand and place several copies of the labor code on it. Bookmark the most important sections - layoffs, working hours, workplace hygiene, etc.
Step 6
If there is room left, post pictures of employees at work on the walls. If your company is a manufacturing company, post product samples at your union corner. Decorate the room with indoor flowers and all kinds of accessories. Make employees who come to you for advice feel at home.
