So you've decided to join a union. For this, the enterprise where you work must have a primary trade union organization. Then you need to write two statements. One of them directly to the trade union committee with a request that you would be admitted to the trade union organization, and the other to the accounting department that you would be charged membership dues. Both statements must be submitted to the trade union committee.
Step 2
Then it is necessary that the trade union committee or the trade union meeting, on the basis of your applications, make a decision on admission to the union. After that, you can get a union card, which you must keep with you.

It is possible that your company does not have a trade union organization. In this case, create it together with other workers. At least three people can unite.

To do this, you need to familiarize yourself with the Charter of the trade union in which you are going to join, read carefully the regulation on the primary trade union organization.
