The creation of your own trade union organization is a rather serious and difficult business. First of all, this task is beyond the strength of one person, since the mere presence of a leader does not mean anything. Step 1
Contact, first of all, the organizational department of the Federation of Trade Unions at your place of residence. There you should be provided with the necessary support and assistance.
Step 2
Find like-minded people and make a group of initiators. There should be at least 3-5 such people.

Negotiate with your industry union members. Get all the necessary information about the duties and rights of a trade union member, about the mechanism for creating a trade union organization in your production.
Step 4
Instruct the initiative group to carry out campaign work. Make sure every worker in your plant is aware of the union's activities. Familiarize them with the term collective agreement and how it regulates wages and provides social guarantees.
Step 5
Prepare and conduct the meeting. The employer must not interfere with your work. You may need to hold meetings at a time when the employer is away. You can also do this outside the territory of your enterprise. Although, it happens that the management even acts as a partner with the trade union organization.
Step 6
Decide if you will be registering a legal entity. It is important to understand that this step is optional. In this case, the formed trade union organization will not have the rights of a legal entity. But you can still exercise property rights and participate in legal proceedings.
Step 7
Make sure every union member writes an application to join. They must be assured by the manager of the withholding of union dues. Members of trade unions thereby agree to contributions to this organization.
Step 8
Decide on the procedure for keeping union dues. You can keep the collected funds either in your organization, or transfer them immediately to a higher union. He will already manage the allocated money for the needs of the organization.
Step 9
Inform the employer in writing about the creation of a primary union. The notice must be written in two copies: one for the employer, the other for the trade union committee.
Step 10
Also inform the branch union about the creation of your organization in the enterprise. Submit all necessary documents (copies of minutes, notices, list of union members). Inquire about your registration as a trade union. If you did everything correctly, according to the law, your organization will be accepted and registered.
