Step 1

If there is a reason to recall an employee from vacation, you need to notify him of this and ask him to leave early. The employee expresses his consent to early exit from vacation in writing, signing and date.

Step 2

The head of the structural unit must write a memorandum to the first person of the company, which should indicate the surname, name, patronymic of the employee who is being recalled from vacation, the position held and the number of calendar days of his vacation. In the document, indicate the reason for the revocation, which must be valid. The note must be signed, indicate the position of the employee, put the date of writing.

Step 3

The director of the company must decide to withdraw and issue an order, which will be assigned a personnel number and date. The full name of the enterprise is written in the document in accordance with the constituent documents. The content of the order contains a link to article 125 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and it is written from what time and which employee is recalled from vacation. The employee must be given the right to choose to take a vacation at any time of the current calendar year, and this must be reflected in the document.

Step 4

By law, the specialist returns the money paid to him for unused vacation days to the organization's cashier, which should be recorded in the order. The head of the company signs the document, indicating his surname, initials, position, certifies it with the seal of the enterprise. After reviewing the order, the employee writes that he agrees with the withdrawal from the vacation, and asks to provide the remaining vacation days from a certain date.

Step 5

Personnel officers enter into the vacation schedule changes about the vacation of the recalled specialist, and in section 7 of the employee's personal card they indicate the period of work for which the vacation was granted, the number of its calendar days, the duration and the basis for granting it. The organization's accountants, in turn, recalculate the personal income tax and reverse the accrual of vacation pay in the month in which the employee was recalled.
