It can be issued both for an employee of the enterprise and for a member of a public organization at the initiative of their management as an attachment to an application for an award or incentive. The presentation is an external characteristic, therefore, when writing it, it is necessary to comply with the requirements for both design and content.
Instructions
Step 1
The submission is written on the company's letterhead, which contains all its details: full name, postal address, contact phone numbers. Leave margins at 20 mm on the left, 10 mm at the bottom and right. Font size 12-14, type - Arial or Times New Roman.
Step 2
In the title part of the presentation, in addition to the title of the document, write in full the last name, first name and patronymic of the person being presented for the promotion. Indicate the position he currently holds in your company.
Step 3
Briefly write his personal data - from what year he began his career, after graduation from which educational institution. Provide a list of his main places of work, indicating the time frame in which he worked and the positions he held.
Step 4
In the main part of the presentation, reflect everything related to work at your company - from what year this employee began to work, in what positions. Tell us about his work, those achievements that characterize him as a competent, efficient and creative worker. You should not credit him with the exemplary performance of official duties. Write about how his work has influenced the improvement of working conditions, increased productivity. Reflect those services to the enterprise that contributed to the rational use of material and labor resources.
Step 5
Provide specific numbers and data on the changed indicators of the economic activity of the enterprise, the division in which the employee works and which became possible thanks to his personal contribution. Indicate the projects in the development of which he took part, their significance for the enterprise, industry, department.
Step 6
In the introduction, write about those character traits that helped the employee in his successful work for the good of the enterprise. Indicate the degree of authority and trust that he enjoys in the team.
Step 7
The description of the presentation must be signed by the head of the enterprise and the head of the personnel department.
