When we find our dream job, we try to please our bosses, and because of this we start to get very worried. We cannot tell why exactly we should be hired for this position, as a result, the desired vacancy runs away from us.
We start preparing for each interview. You should clearly know what information is worth telling about yourself and what personal qualities to emphasize. And still it is necessary to dwell in detail on the following issues.
What achievements do I have?
Think about your success in the industry, what refresher courses you have attended, what major events you have organized, or what successful deals you have completed.
Am I eligible?
Carefully study what is written in the requirements for the candidate for this position. This applies to both personal and professional qualities. And if the level of English proficiency can really be improved in a short time, then becoming a leader or an amateur to communicate on the phone is quite difficult. If you do not meet some of the professional requirements, honestly mark this on your resume. Write that you are ready to learn and gain new knowledge.
Do I want to work for this company?
Understand yourself and decide if this company is right for you. In order to convince management to give you this position, you must be sure yourself that you need it. Needless to say, you've dreamed of this job all your life. But tell them that you think you can do the same for the company as it does for you. And we are ready at the first stage for hard work in order to quickly get up to speed.
Am I ready for an interview?
Wear business attire to your interview, even if you know employees don't have a dress code. You must show yourself as a neat and punctual person. Take with you a couple of letters of recommendation from organizations you have worked with in the past. And also prepare a couple of phone numbers of people who can recommend you as a specialist.
Well, do not forget about the elementary things: we naturally smile, do not fall into a stupor from unexpected questions, do not interrupt and try to interest the person as much as possible. Let them understand that you must become their employee.
Good luck with your interviews!
