Step 1

We open a text editor convenient for you, and at the very top of the page (in its center) we place the organization's form, preferably in its color design. Slightly lower, aligning in the center, we print the phrase "Registration card of the organization" or "Card of the organization".

Step 2

Next, we indicate the full and abbreviated name of the organization, its legal, actual and postal addresses (if they all coincide, then we combine them under the phrase "location address").

Step 3

Then, we enter information about the TIN, KPP and PSRN of the company, and its current account in a certain bank. After that, we add information about the main OKVED, and the organization code for OKPO, and other codes (for example, OKOPF, issuer code in the FSFR, etc.)

We finish filling out the organization's card, indicating its contact phones, fax number, as well as the full name of the head of the company and the chief accountant, who must sign this document and certify it with the seal of the legal entity.
