Step 1
As stipulated in the legislation, the employee draws up a statement. It contains the personal data of the applicant for the position of a sales representative, the address of the place of residence. The content of the document contains the name of the position, service (department) where the specialist is registered. If you intend to work in another city, this fact is recorded in the application. After the document is accepted, the director issues a visa, then the application is sent to the personnel department.
Step 2
Draw up an employment contract. In case of a traveling nature of work, a sales representative is entitled to an additional payment, include it in the salary or enter its amount in a separate column of allowances in the staffing table. As a rule, such an employee is paid depending on the volume of sales. Enter the percentage that will serve as additional income when multiplied by the amount of goods sold.
Step 3
In some companies, it is assumed that the duties of a sales representative are in the city where he lives, where the company has a branch, a separate division, or a distribution agreement is concluded. It is less costly for the company to hire an employee who lives in the area where the goods are to be distributed than to arrange an employee who will travel to that city every day. After all, the money spent on gasoline is covered by the employer. Certify the contract with the signature of the accepted sales representative, director, and the seal of the company.
Step 4
Draw up an order, use form T-1 for this. Write down the amount of salary, allowances, and the percentage of sales set for the employee. Confirm the order with the signature of the manager. Familiarize the sales representative with the order against receipt.
Step 5
Get a personal card for a sales representative, make an entry in his work book. In the information about the job, write the position, the name of the separate division where the employee is hired.
