Step 1
To receive benefits, contact one of the parents' workplace or school. If you do not work or study, then you need to contact the department of social protection of the population. Submit the required documents. The allowance will be paid in 10 days. The amount per child is 11703 rubles. At birth of 2 or more children, it is paid for each child.
Step 2
A lump sum is also paid for a foster or foster child.

Apply for benefits no later than 6 months after your child is born, adopted, or taken into custody.

To receive an additional one-time benefit for residents of Moscow, contact the RUSZN within 6 months. Submit the required documents. Prerequisite for obtaining: one or both parents have permanent registration in Moscow. The payment is: for the first child - 5,500 rubles, for the second - 14,500 rubles, with the simultaneous birth of three or more children - 50,000 rubles.

Young families in the city of Moscow are eligible for an additional one-time benefit. Provided: both parents have not reached the age of 30, both or one of the parents has a permanent Moscow registration. Apply within 12 months to RUSZN with the necessary documents.
