Take away his property. In another way, it is called the seizure of property. There is a certain list of property that you cannot take away by law. Everything else can be legally confiscated through bailiffs and sold, and the money received can be counted as alimony.

Take the alimony owed by square meters of housing. This option may suit you if you are sure that you will not see money from your husband. In this case, make an agreement with your ex-spouse that the part of your apartment that is due to him goes to the child. By law, this is only possible if he has another living space.

Put your ex-spouse on the wanted list if you don't know where he is.
