In the process of labor relations, heads of organizations can make decisions about the transfer of employees to another place of work. According to article 72 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the registration of employees for another position must begin with their written consent.
Instructions
Step 1
If the transfer is carried out on your initiative, send a notification letter to the employee. In the document, indicate the reason for these actions, the date of the transfer, the proposed position. If the answer is yes, the employee must sign the document and put the date of acquaintance. When the initiator of the transfer is the employee himself, he must write a statement in your name.
Step 2
Draw up a job description, here list all the duties and rights of the employee. Give the document to him for signature. If your position requires it, conclude an agreement on full liability.
Step 3
Since the transfer to another position entails a change in the terms of the employment contract, you need to conclude an additional agreement with the employee. In this document, indicate the old and new wording of the condition (that is, the position), the amount of wages and other conditions of work. A legal document is drawn up in duplicate, each of which is signed by both parties and sealed by the organization's seal.
Step 4
On the basis of the document, issue a transfer order. To do this, you can use the unified form No. T-5, or you can develop it yourself, approving it in the accounting policy. The ordering document must have the following information: employee and his personnel number, type of transfer, previous and new place of work. The order is signed by the head and given to the employee for signature.
Step 5
Make a note in the employee's personal card, file a copy of the employee's order and statement in the personal file. Draw up an order to change the staffing table, based on the administrative document, make an adjustment to the document. Be sure to enter the information in the work book, referring to article 72 of the Labor Code of Russia.
