The list of sections can be changed, supplemented, edited. It is necessary that each material reflected in the estimate was assigned to a specific section.
Step 3
Reference books of works performed according to the estimate are filled in separately. They are filled in according to the same principle as the reference books of materials - indicating the name of the work, the unit of measurement and the cost for this unit. Works can also be tied to a specific section - "construction work", "finishing work".
Step 4
After filling out the reference books, start filling out the estimate. If you use express estimates from the Internet, then all the necessary reference books are already filled in there. To fill out an estimate in the program or an express estimate on the Internet, you need to fill out a form for each room in an apartment or house. In the express estimate, you will be offered a ready-made set of building and finishing materials, taking into account the specifics of each room - bath, kitchen, living room. In a regular program for calculating estimates or in spreadsheets, you yourself can choose the materials that are needed for each room from the previously entered directory.
Step 5
Having marked the selected materials, fill in the “area” or “quantity” column, after which the amount required to purchase this building material will appear in the “cost” column. Thus, after you fill out the entire estimate, you will receive the total estimated cost of the upcoming repairs.
