The Prosecutor's Office is a government body that monitors compliance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the laws that operate on the territory of Russia. If you want to write a complaint to the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, take advantage of the opportunities that the Internet provides to citizens, and contact the Internet reception.
Instructions
Step 1
Read the Instruction on the procedure for considering applications and receiving citizens in the system of the prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation. Make sure the complaint form you choose is consistent with the content. A complaint is written when your rights have been violated and what you think is the fault of actions or, on the contrary, the absence of such actions on the part of the authorities or the official who, by virtue of his duties, had to ensure the protection of your rights.
Step 2
There is no unified form according to which a complaint should be written, but first read GOST R 6.30-2003, which describes in detail how official documents should be drawn up. This is useful if you would like to send your complaint in the traditional way by mail.
Step 3
In the event that you decide to use the Internet service, fill out the form on the website in advance. Specify your last name, first name and patronymic, e-mail address and the region in which you live from the special fields, you will need to select it in the drop-down list on the page. If you want the answer to be received in paper form, fill in the "Postal address" field with information about your place of residence, do not forget to indicate the postal code of the post office. The required field is "Occupation".
Step 4
In the "Your message" field, state the essence of your complaint. The message must be written in Russian and Cyrillic. Try to keep the point briefly. Do not forget to divide the text into sentences, which should be logically related to each other. In the event that the text of the message is recognized as unreadable, it will simply not be considered. Therefore, after the appeal, briefly state the preamble and then the essence of the complaint.
Step 5
It is advisable to first consult with a lawyer who will be able to tell you which specific norms of the law were violated in your case. If you can list them and refer to specific articles of the law, you have a chance that the complaint will be dealt with quickly.
Step 6
Be prepared for the response to your complaint to be posted on the website of the General Prosecutor's Office. In any case, you will receive a notification about this by e-mail, and the answer will be sent directly to you by regular mail.
