The military prosecutor's offices operating in all military districts of the Russian Federation are subordinate to the Deputy Prosecutor General, who is the Chief Military Prosecutor. Therefore, if you wanted to write a complaint against the military prosecutor's office, you should send it to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation or his deputy. Your complaint must be considered in this state institution in accordance with Article 10 of the Federal Law "On the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation".

Instructions

Step 1

In the upper right corner of a standard sheet of paper, write in whose name the complaint is: "To the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation." Specify the address: 125993, GSP-3, Moscow, st. Bolshaya Dmitrovka, 15a. Write from whom the complaint is, your last name, initials, address of permanent residence.

Step 2

In the middle of the line, write the word "Complaint", then proceed to present its essence. The complaint is written in free form, but you should reflect some general points in its text. This form of application assumes that you are faced with the facts of violation of your rights guaranteed by the Constitution. These violations should have been caused by the actions or, conversely, the inaction of the military prosecutor's office and their officials.

Step 3

Print the text of the complaint on a computer so that it will not be left without consideration under the pretext that it is impossible to read it by hand. It must be signed with your real name and valid address, since, otherwise, it will be considered anonymous, and government authorities do not consider such documents.

Step 4

Write the text of the complaint in the official language, it is quite possible to use clericalisms in it. Consult with a lawyer in advance to list those points of the Constitution or the norms of laws that, in your opinion, have been violated.

Step 5

Do not clutter up the text of the letter with complex sentences, write in simple, understandable language that reflects a brief essence of what happened. Provide specific facts, names, dates when describing the circumstances of the complaint. Do not allow yourself any emotional expressions and, moreover, threats.

Step 6

You can return a complaint without consideration within 7 days in the event that the information specified in it is incomplete or inaccurate. You have the right to correct the information and supplement the information in order to re-send this document. Where to get the missing information will be explained to you in the accompanying note to the returned complaint.
