The state of the housing and utilities fund is in a disgusting state, and many residents have come to terms with the situation. However, you don't have to put up with bad service, for which you have to pay a lot of money. If housing and communal services does not respond to your claims, contact the prosecutor's office and defend your rights.
Instructions
Step 1
Fill out the application header. Indicate which county or district attorney you are contacting, as well as his last name and initials. Write basic information about yourself and your contact phone number.
Step 2
In the body of the application, write your first name, last name and patronymic. Then clarify who you are - the owner or the tenant of the apartment. On the next line, enter the address of the dwelling.
Step 3
Now describe the essence of your appeal: indicate the date after which you had complaints against the service company. Then tell us what kind of service and in what form you are provided, and specify the degree of non-compliance with the norm.
Step 4
So that the claim is not unfounded, first of all, contact the housing and communal services with a complaint. Write there a statement in 2 copies, take one to the management company and register it in the journal of incoming documentation. The housing and communal services employee must put on the second version of the claim the date of acceptance, registration number, his name, position and seal. The lack of response to your complaint becomes the basis for the proceedings in the prosecutor's office.
Step 5
On the next line, you must list all the documents that confirm your problem. This is the second copy of the application in housing and communal services, and the expert opinion, if it was carried out. Indicate the requirements that you presented to the management company and the degree of its satisfaction. Then list the documents that gave you the answer. If housing and communal services have not responded to your complaint, be sure to mark this.
Step 6
Now write what rights, in your opinion, the company is violating and what law regulates it. Indicate as the basis of the Federal Law, Art. 27-31 "On the protection of consumer rights."
Step 7
Formulate your requirements for the prosecutor's office in relation to the measures that must be applied to housing and communal services, and the obligations that the latter must fulfill. Date and sign. Make a complaint in 2 copies and be sure to keep one for yourself.
