You can check the presence of restrictions on travel outside the territory of the Russian Federation on the official website of the Federal Bailiff Service. In addition, the relevant information is provided free of charge to all citizens registered on the portal of public services.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the official website of the Federal Bailiff Service, on the main page of which there is a link to the "Databank of Enforcement Proceedings". Follow the specified link, after which a special form for filling out will open.
Step 2
In the form that appears, find the region of your official registration in the list, enter your last name and first name. Filling in the listed fields is mandatory; without it, it is impossible to search the database. Additional fields are "Patronymic" and "Date of birth". It is also recommended to fill them in, which will reduce the number of lines in the search results, exclude possible namesakes.
Step 3
After filling in all the information, click the "Search" button located at the bottom of the form. Sometimes users are additionally asked to enter a digital code that appears on the screen. In the search results, you should find your own data, rewrite the phone number of the bailiff who is engaged in this enforcement proceedings.
Step 4
Call the phone you found, introduce yourself, ask the bailiff about the restrictions established in the framework of enforcement proceedings. If there are such restrictions, then the bailiff will inform about the prohibition of leaving the territory of the Russian Federation until the full repayment of the debt, will advise on methods of paying the debt and the timing of lifting all prohibitions.
Step 5
If the described option is not suitable, use the portal of public services. This method assumes the presence of an account on the specified portal, without which it is impossible to form requests for services.
Step 6
After authorization on the website of public services, find the Federal Bailiff Service in the list of bodies. In the list of services provided by this state body, you should select "Providing information on enforcement proceedings".
Step 7
Click the "Get a service" button, then fill in all the required fields to order it. Some of the fields are filled in automatically based on the data specified during user registration on the public services portal.
Step 8
Carefully check the entered information and confirm your intention to receive the service. After that, you can automatically view information on the enforcement proceedings initiated against the user and the restrictive measures taken within the framework of these proceedings. Receiving the service is free, information is provided instantly.
