Step 1

By default, family means everyone who is registered in an apartment, communal apartment or dorm room, house.
Step 2
If you are eligible for a subsidy, collect the required paperwork. At the center for housing subsidies, you will be given forms for an application that you must fill out, and requests for income for each able-bodied family member: salary and other payments at the place of work, pensions, scholarships, unemployment benefits, various other social benefits - depending on the situation. Each family member should refer these requests to the place where he receives income: to the employer's accounting department, the dean's office of the university, social security, the Pension Fund department, the employment center, etc.

You will also need passports of adult family members and birth certificates of children. Visit the Housing Subsidy Center with a full package of paperwork. After the employee studies and accepts them, utility bills will be reduced by the amount of the subsidy provided.
