It is far from always that ordinary citizens are satisfied with the results of the work of regulatory bodies. However, the law provides for the possibility not only to monitor the observance of the duties of representatives of the Office of the Bailiffs of the Russian Federation, but also to file complaints about the agency's inaction to the prosecutor's office.

Instructions
Step 1
Write a statement to the prosecutor's office according to the established requirements. Applications from civilians are accepted in handwritten form. The company prepares an application on behalf of the general director or his deputy in printed form on a letterhead with initial data, the company logo (if approved). As the recipient of the announcement, indicate the name of the city prosecutor or regional prosecutor, depending on the court in which your case was considered.
Step 2
Describe the claim in free form, indicating, if possible, the maximum amount of information: the number of the court decision, the name of the bailiff in charge, the date of the application, information about what measures were taken by the department, and what violations were identified. In the text of the application, refer to laws that give you the right to consider the work of the Bailiff Service to be unsatisfactory. Most often, an application to the prosecutor's office for this department is drawn up with a note "for inaction of employees." In this case, you should describe as fully as possible the process of communication with the department, rewrite the results of telephone conversations with employees, describe the reaction of the responsible bailiff. According to the current legislation, the Bailiffs Service is obliged to give a response to the received application to the applicant within 3 months from the date of acceptance of the application. If you have not received a written response, then indicate this in your application to the prosecutor's office.
Step 3
Attach a copy of the accepted application to the Office of the Bailiffs Service in the Russian Federation to the package of documents. The document must be properly executed, it must contain the date of acceptance, the assigned serial number and the signature of the responsible person of the clerical department. Also, the statement must be supported by a court decision, which is guided by the department.
