Among foreign programs, Microsoft Dynamics Axapta (Navision) and SAP are distinguished as an alternative to 1C. SAP is an ERP class program created in Germany. It is very popular in the world and is the most promising replacement for 1C: Enterprise. Like 1C, SAP consists of modules that differ in the type of purpose. In Russia, this program is being implemented mainly at large enterprises, this is due to the high price of licenses and services, the cost of which is 3-10 times higher than for 1C. Modification of the program is possible, however, it is rather laborious.

A worthy alternative to SAP is Microsoft Dinamics Axapta. Its first version was released in 1998. This program is not very popular in Russia, despite its prevalence in the world. Axapta contains all modern modules: CRM, MRP, HR, etc. Its feature is a high degree of integration with Microsoft products: Excel, Outlook, etc. Compared to "SAP", the cost of the license for it is lower. Improvements of this program are quite laborious, there are not many Axapta specialists in Russia.
