Instructions

Step 1

There are unified forms for orders (orders) on granting leave to an employee or employees (form T-6 and T-6a, respectively). Choose the form that suits your tasks. Fill out the form carefully and correctly, avoiding mistakes and not missing important fields.

Step 2

In the order (order) on granting leave to the employee (employees), indicate the surname, name and patronymic of the employee (employees). When filling out the T-6 form, enter the personal data of employees in the dative case. The record will look like this: "Grant a vacation to Ivan Ivanovich Ivanovich." When filling out the T-6a form, indicate the surname, name and patronymic of employees in the nominative case (Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich).

Step 3

In the next column, indicate the name of the structural unit in which the employee belongs. If the company does not have structural divisions, leave the column free. The column "Position (specialty, profession)" is required for filling. Indicate the position of the employee in accordance with the staffing table.

Step 4

Enter the type of vacation in the appropriate column of the order (instruction). This column is also required. The vacation can be annual, additional annual, educational. Also, leave can be without pay (administrative leave). If you have any difficulties with determining the type of vacation, refer to the articles of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Step 5

Enter the number of days the employee goes on vacation. In the form of an order, the duration of the vacation is indicated in calendar days. If holidays fall on the vacation period, they are not included in the number of calendar days of vacation and are not paid. In accordance with the Labor Code, the duration of the annual paid leave is 28 calendar days. Indicate for what period of work the employee (employees) is granted vacation, as well as the date of the beginning and end of the vacation.

Step 6

Remember that the order for granting leave is drawn up by an employee of the personnel department, and endorsed and dated by the head of the enterprise. In the "Date of compilation" field, specify only the month and year of the document creation. The order is brought to the attention of the employee against receipt. Make sure that the employee has put his signature in the column "I have read the order (order)" and indicated the date of familiarization with the order.
