Step 1
When an employee gets a job at an enterprise and brings a work book to the personnel department, appropriate entries must be made in it: what position the person was hired for, on what basis. All these data are certified by a seal.
Step 2
If the work book is issued for the first time, then it must be certified on the title page with the seal of the organization in which the employee is employed. Otherwise, it will be considered invalid.
Step 3
After specifying the date of filling out the work book, the employee must certify it with his signature.
