The next function of management is organizational. Its main task is to ensure the functioning of the organization in accordance with the plan to achieve the desired goal.

The function of the organization is realized through the definition of the structure of the enterprise, its administrative and operational management. It also includes the distribution of functions between departments and the establishment of responsibility between employees of the management apparatus. It is worth adding and comparing the actual results with the planned ones, adjusting the results.

The regulation function is to eliminate deviations from the specified operating mode. The main task of regulation is to bring the object to the required state. The regulatory function acts as a tool that guides the course of production within the strict framework provided in advance by the plan.

Coordination is an activity that ensures the consistency of the work of various divisions of the enterprise in the implementation of planned tasks.

Coordination involves the timely adoption of the necessary measures to eliminate bottlenecks, for example, arising from a mismatch in the timing of the delivery of materials. It is precisely coordination that is designed to ensure a uniform course of production even when some difficulties arise.

The third function of management is control. It is implemented as a process that guides the organization. This keeps the company on track to achieve its goals. At the same time, information about the current results of the organization's work is studied. If in the process deviations from the established indicators are detected, measures are taken to eliminate such deviations.

Another function of management is motivation. It involves actions that are aimed at encouraging people working in the organization to perform effectively. All this is carried out taking into account the previously planned goals of the organization.

Leadership is the last function of management. It is an activity aimed at ensuring the normal course of production and management processes. If we talk about leadership as a management function, then the point is the influence of the leader on other people.

There are two forms of influence that encourage performers to actively cooperate. This is the belief and participation of employees in management. It is recognized that the influence of the leader is of great importance in the leadership process.

Note that all of the above management functions are closely interrelated, one complements the other. The success of an enterprise directly depends on how clearly the management process is organized. An experienced manager organizes all processes in such a way as to guarantee the stable operation of the enterprise. This allows the organization to achieve its goals.
