This allows us to assess possible risks and make correct forecasts of changes in the market situation, as well as develop the correct strategy, taking into account the distribution of available material and labor resources. Organization and ensuring the implementation of the outlined plans consists in the selection and coordination of governing mechanisms and structures, the creation of a single team, united by a common goal and a common corporate culture that supports the outlined strategic plan.
