The place of temporary stay is considered to be an apartment, a premise, a room, a dwelling house where the arriving citizen resides temporarily. The registration procedure is specified in the regulations of the Office of the Federal Migration Service.
Necessary
- - statement;
- - the passport;
- - arrival sheet;
- - birth certificate;
- - documents for housing;
- - permission from owners or tenants.
Instructions
Step 1
If a citizen has arrived to stay for more than 90 days, he is obliged to obtain a temporary registration. At the same time, you do not need to be discharged from your permanent place of residence.
Step 2
To carry out the registration procedure, contact the territorial migration service together with the arrived citizen, since his passport will be required, and the document is accepted for consideration only with the personal presence of the owner or his notarized authorized person.
Step 3
Fill out the application in the prescribed form in the presence of an FMS employee. You will also need to fill out the arrival address sheet in triplicate. Forms are issued at the territorial migration service completely free of charge.
Step 4
When registering minors at the place of temporary residence of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, a birth certificate and a passport of these persons will be required. Notarial permission from homeowners is not required, since minor citizens are registered at the place of permanent or temporary residence of parents, guardians or legal representatives, regardless of whether the owners or tenants of social housing agree or not.
Step 5
Adults can be registered temporarily only with the written consent of all owners or registered tenants, and their personal presence is required. If any of these persons cannot be present at the registration in person, obtain a notarial permission.
Step 6
For housing, you must submit documents of title. The entire package of papers is submitted to the territorial migration service in originals and photocopies.
Step 7
The term of temporary registration is determined by the owner or tenant of housing and the citizen who is being registered. After the expiration of the terms, it can be extended or the registration is considered to be automatically completed. Any owner or employer has the right to apply early to the FMS with an application and demand that a temporarily registered citizen be removed from the register.
