Often, citizens and non-citizens of Russia need to temporarily register or, as they say correctly, obtain a temporary registration. This, as a rule, applies to workers performing labor activities in the capital who do not have a residence permit in Moscow. To obtain registration, contact the FMS of Russia together with the owner of the residential premises.

Instructions
Step 1
In some enterprises, for employment, nonresident citizens are required to obtain a local residence permit, that is, in the city where they plan to perform their labor duties. If you are renting a house, talk to the owner about the possibility of obtaining a temporary registration in his apartment or house. When the property owner agrees, proceed with the paperwork.
Step 2
When renting a home, sign an agreement with the owner of the apartment or house. Write down the rights and obligations of the parties in the document. Enter the amount you pay monthly to the owner of the dwelling. Enter the term for which the contract was concluded. Indicate the passport details of the owner, information about your last name, first name, patronymic, registration. Certify the contract with your signature, the signature of the owner of the apartment, house.
Step 3
Come to the FMS of Russia in the city where you are renting a dwelling. Make an application in a special form (the form is issued by the employees of the Federal Migration Service). Enter your passport details, details of the identity document of the owner of the home. Please note that the application is written by each person registered in this apartment, house. If a child under 14 years of age is registered in this dwelling, the application is drawn up by his parent (legal representative).
Step 4
In the substantive part of the application, each person prescribes consent for temporary registration, and a person wishing to obtain a temporary residence permit, a request for registration. The applications are signed and submitted to the FMS employee along with a copy of the apartment or house lease agreement. Within three days you will be given a certificate of temporary registration. Please note that it is necessary to register in the apartment you are renting within three months. Therefore, immediately after the conclusion of the contract, come to the FMS and receive registration.
