Return of goods of proper quality

If you were unhappy with the purchase, evaluating it in practice, or even if you belatedly no longer needed this item, you can exchange it for a similar one or return it to the store, demanding a refund of the money spent. Return of goods of inadequate quality
Products of inadequate quality can be divided into two types: with an established warranty period and without such an indication. In the second case, such a concept as an expiration date will apply to them.
In each of these cases, you can return an unwanted purchase to the store within the notorious two-week period, as well as a good quality product. But for damaged things there is a reservation: they can be returned to the seller for a much longer time, since it is not always possible to find flaws at the time of purchase or after a short time of operation. The terms for the return of such things are calculated by the expiration date or a guarantee for the specified product.

If your statutory rights are violated, please refer to the regulations governing this issue, and also contact the appropriate organizations to supervise the observance of the interests of the buyer. The main laws establishing the provisions on the return of goods are the "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights" and "Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 55", which contains an exhaustive list of goods of good quality that cannot be returned. In addition, you can turn to independent experts and file a claim in court.
