Step 1
Every citizen is obliged to register at the place of residence. Step 2

You can issue a temporary registration for more than 90 days with a lease agreement. Therefore, when looking for an apartment upon arrival in Moscow, it is better to negotiate with the landlord the conclusion of a lease agreement. Not every owner will agree to such a step, since he will need to pay income tax, but there is a way out of the situation - to register in the contract an amount that is much less than the real cost of renting housing.

To register, you will need a contract of employment, an identity document and an application for registration at the place of stay.

If there are relatives in Moscow who are planning to live, instead of a lease agreement, you will need a statement from the person providing housing.

Temporary registration at the place of residence is carried out for any period by mutual agreement. After submitting the documents, the registration authorities issue a certificate of temporary registration at the place of stay within 3 days.

However, if you travel to another settlement every 3 months, save your ticket as confirmation after the trip, then you will not need to go through the registration procedure.
